I've tested most small and large email marketing/automation software solutions, this one was the top and is what I use for major projects. Links, links, links, well if you care about links and want to get the best information about links to a website (external to your own), than this is the only tool you should be using. But note their Trust & Citation flow are BS, pay little to no attention to those.

Hiring new developers, designers, marketing staff or content writers, basically anything I do all via Freelancer. First used them in 2004 (GAF days) and now have several hundred people hired via them. If you know how to filter out all the automated posters and dev shops, you can really find some amazing people to work with. On the other end of things, if you are looking for work this is easily the world largest community to find work, if you're good people will hire you.
